Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly give you a full refund or replace the item for you.  Simply email our call centre at support@webshop.co.za with the purchase date and details and request a refund or replacement. In both instances, please retain the defective item for collection.

There will be no delivery charge for the replacement item.
